Payment Terms
Effective date: 4 August 2026
These Payment Terms apply to every payment made through the MOSARAT platform and form part of our Terms & Conditions. Please read them alongside our Proposal Acceptance Terms before you pay.
1. Payment Completion & Booking Confirmation
A Proposal becomes a confirmed Booking only once MOSARAT has received your payment in full, or the first scheduled instalment where a payment plan has been agreed, and has issued a Booking confirmation. Accepting or confirming a Proposal, without completing the corresponding payment, does not reserve pricing, availability, or inventory with any Third-Party Provider.
Where a Program is paid in instalments, each instalment must be received by its due date for the Booking to remain confirmed. Missed instalments may result in cancellation of the Booking under our Cancellation Policy.
2. Payment Failure
If a payment fails, is reversed, or is not received by the applicable due date, the related Proposal is not reserved and MOSARAT is not obliged to hold pricing, dates, or availability. We will notify you where reasonably practicable and offer an opportunity to retry payment before releasing held inventory, but we cannot guarantee that pricing or availability will remain unchanged.
3. Chargeback Protection
By making a payment through the Platform, you agree not to dispute or initiate a chargeback for services that were delivered as confirmed, or for cancellations that fall outside the refund windows set out in our Cancellation Policy. MOSARAT reserves the right to contest any chargeback with supporting evidence (including your acceptance of the Proposal Acceptance Terms and Booking confirmation), and to recover any amounts, fees, or costs arising from an unwarranted or fraudulent chargeback, including by suspending or terminating your account.
4. Taxes & Government Charges
Prices displayed on the Platform are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT), Dubai Tourism Dirham fees, and other applicable government charges, unless expressly stated as inclusive. Any applicable VAT, tourism fees, or government charges will be itemized in your Proposal or invoice and are payable by you in addition to the quoted price, at the rate in force at the time of payment.
5. Invoicing & Currency
Invoices are issued in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise agreed. Where prices are displayed in another currency for convenience, the AED amount charged at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of payment shall prevail. Bank or payment-processor fees for international transfers or currency conversion are borne by you.
6. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used, generally within 14 business days of approval, and are subject to the refund windows and deductions described in the Cancellation Policy in our Terms & Conditions. Amounts already paid by MOSARAT to Third-Party Providers on your behalf that are non-refundable under those providers' own terms will be deducted from any refund due to you.
7. Governing Law
These Payment Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates only. Any dispute relating to payments shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates only.
