Partner Participation Terms

MOSARAT programs regularly feature visits, sessions or collaborations with innovation hubs, free zones, universities, government entities and other organizations (each, a "Partner"), such as Hub71, the Dubai Future Foundation, and academic institutions. This page summarizes the general terms of Partner participation for the benefit of Customers and prospective Partners.
This page is provided for general information only. The specific rights and obligations between MOSARAT and any individual Partner are governed by a separate, signed Memorandum of Understanding ("MoU") or partnership agreement, which takes precedence over this summary in the event of any conflict.
1. Participation May Change
Partner sessions, visits, and collaborations featured in a Proposal are indicative and subject to the Partner's own scheduling and operational constraints. A Partner's participation in a specific Program may be modified, rescheduled, or substituted with a comparable Partner or activity where the original Partner becomes unavailable.
2. Availability Not Guaranteed
MOSARAT coordinates Partner participation in good faith but does not guarantee the availability of any specific Partner, speaker, facility, or session for a given Program date. Where a Partner is unavailable, MOSARAT will use reasonable efforts to arrange a comparable alternative in line with our Proposal Disclaimer.
3. Partner Decisions Are Independent
Each Partner makes its own independent decisions regarding whom to admit, host, engage with, or accept applications, proposals, or investments from. MOSARAT facilitates introductions and visits but has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, a Partner's independent business, academic, or admissions decisions.
4. Standard MoU Protections
Every MoU or partnership agreement MOSARAT enters into with a Partner is designed to include, at minimum:
- No exclusivity — unless an exclusivity arrangement is expressly and separately agreed in writing.
- No revenue or performance guarantee — participation does not guarantee any level of bookings, revenue, or business outcome for either party.
- Branding permission rules — clear rules on how each party's name, logo and brand assets may (and may not) be used in marketing materials.
- Confidentiality — protection of confidential information shared between MOSARAT and the Partner in the course of the collaboration.
- Termination rights — either party may terminate the arrangement in accordance with the notice periods set out in the relevant MoU.
