Document Vault Terms

Your Document Vault lets you securely upload passports, visas, national identification and other supporting documents needed to plan and deliver your Program. Because these are sensitive personal documents, these Document Vault Terms set out specific protections and responsibilities in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. Customer Responsibility for Accuracy
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any document you upload to the Document Vault (including passports, visas, and identification documents) is genuine, accurate, current, and legible. MOSARAT does not verify the authenticity of uploaded documents beyond what is reasonably necessary to coordinate your Program, and relies on the accuracy of the documents you provide to arrange visas, hotel check-ins, transport bookings, and other Program elements.
2. Secure Storage
Documents uploaded to the Document Vault are encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted to MOSARAT personnel and systems that need access to deliver your Program (for example, to prepare visa applications or share required details with a hotel or transport provider on your behalf). We apply industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect uploaded documents from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
3. Retention & Deletion
Documents uploaded to the Document Vault are retained only for as long as necessary to deliver the relevant Program, and are deleted or securely anonymized within 90 days after Program completion, unless: (a) you request earlier deletion (subject to any document still required to complete an in-progress visa, immigration, or booking process), (b) a longer retention period is required to complete a government or Third-Party Provider process already under way, or (c) a longer retention period is required by applicable law. You may request deletion of a document at any time by contacting us at support@mosarat.com, subject to the exceptions above.
5. No Liability for Incorrect or Delayed Documents
MOSARAT is not liable for delays, additional costs, denied boarding, denied visas, or any other consequence arising from documents that are inaccurate, expired, incomplete, illegible, or not provided by the deadline requested. It remains your responsibility to provide accurate documents in good time and to hold valid travel documentation, visas, and insurance as required for your Program.
